PREM Group are delighted to announce that our collection of serviced apartments were winners at the recent ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards in London. PREMIER SUITES took home the title of Corporate Business of the Year while our premium brand, PREMIER SUITES PLUS was crowned Best Guest Experience by the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP).

Having rebranded two years ago, it was a fantastic achievement and a great way to recognise the huge amount of work put in by all involved. Evelyn Haran and her team have worked tirelessly across all 14 properties located in the UK, Netherlands and Ireland.

While it was an honour to be awarded by one of the leading representative industry bodies, ambitious plans mean there is much more to come in 2018. Commenting at the awards ceremony, Jim Murphy, our CEO, spoke of plans to increase the group portfolio to 50 hotels and serviced apartments by the end of the year. This also includes growing the number of serviced apartments under the PREMIER SUITES brand to 18 by the end of 2018, including a second location in Glasgow, PREMIER SUITES PLUS Glasgow Bath Street which is due to open in the Spring.

The increased demand in Europe for flexible and spacious accommodation means more and more travellers are opting for an alternative to hotel stays, while not wanting to compromise on the facilities and comforts you would expect from a four star hotel.
