Recognised as one of Ireland's Best Workplaces in Hospitality

Making this list is a product of every team member’s commitment to doing the right thing, by our colleagues and our customers - being respectful, helpful, positive and kind. These are the things that make a good work environment, and it creates the sort of atmosphere where guests feel welcome and wish to return. A positive, team focused environment is the cornerstone to success in our industry and our business. Thanks to the PREM team for delivering this excellent result once again this year!

This recognition is added to recent successes including listing in Best Workplaces for Health and Wellbeing and ‘Best Employer – Fairness’ at the Failte Ireland Employer Excellence Awards. Meanwhile at the same awards ceremony PREM Group properties, Aspect Hotel Park West and Hoban Hotel received individual accolades with the former being crowned as Best Employer in the Dublin Region as well as in the ‘Management and Leadership’ category and the latter receiving top prize as Best Employer for ‘Culture and Work Environment’.

Speaking about the run of success Jim Murphy, CEO for PREM Group, remarked that ‘there are hundreds of people around the group that make this consistent performance happen. Results like this come about from people consciously choosing to treat each other well in everyday interactions at every level in the business. We’re not perfect by any means but we try to hold ourselves accountable to our ethos ‘do the right thing’ in all our decisions, big and small.
