Celebrating Multiple Wins at Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Awards

PREM Group, Aspect Hotel and Hoban Hotel bring home multiple wins from Fáilte Ireland’s Employer Excellence Awards 2026.

With great excitement we share the news that PREM Group has, once again, been recognised by Fáilte Ireland for high performance in the area of cultural excellence.

During the 2026 Employer Excellence Awards ceremony Andrea Wallace, (General Manager, Aspect Hotel Park West) accepted two awards on behalf of her team:

  • Best Employer – Management and Leadership

  • Best Employer – Dublin

While, Hugh Fitzpatrick, (General Manager, Hoban Hotel), accepted:

  • Best Employer – Culture and Work Environment

Jim Murphy, CEO for PREM Group, accepted the award for Best Employer – Fairness, on behalf of all colleagues in the company.

Speaking after the event Jim expressed his thanks to Fáilte Ireland for their ongoing commitment to supporting the tourism industry. “It’s super to see how many tourism businesses are on board with the Employer Excellence Programme. This is a long-term project aiming to create a shift in perception of our industry and I believe it is working. Obviously, there are many factors at play in terms of the ability to recruit and retain talented people within the industry, but it all starts with workplace culture. Unless we work hard to get that right and keep it right, we won’t compete with other industries.

I’m delighted with the wins we have secured here tonight. Well done to the teams at Aspect Hotel Park West and the Hoban Hotel who have truly excelled. I’m also particularly proud that the entire PREM Group team have secured the Employer Excellence Award for Fairness.
