PREM Group UK & Ireland celebrate Great Place to Work Certification for 2025/2026

This marks another successful year achieving high employee feedback scores and demonstrates the strength of our culture across the business. With an impressive 84% Trust Index score, the results reflect a workplace where people feel listened to, respected and supported and where teamwork and individual contribution are genuinely valued. What makes this certification particularly meaningful is that the results come directly from our colleagues. The continued recognition shows that the positive experience of working at PREM Group isn’t a one-off achievement but an ongoing priority supported across every department and region of the business.
