Celebrating Our Graduates: Graduate Accelerator Programme 2025

In June, 13 of our talented colleagues from Irish properties and Central Office departments completed the Graduate Accelerator Programme, concluding with a recap and goal-setting session followed by a beautiful graduation ceremony at Mount Congreve Estate, Waterford.

A huge congratulations to all the participants for their hard work and commitment throughout the six-month programme!

This marks PREM Group’s fifth year participating in the programme, which is developed and delivered by Waterford Chamber Skillnet and now certified by the Learning & Development Institute (L&DI). Over the years, more than 60 PREM Group team members have graduated from this programme, gaining vital professional skills.

What Is the Graduate Accelerator Programme?

The Graduate Accelerator Programme is a career development initiative designed for recent graduates and apprentices, focusing on professional growth and real-world skills.

Delivered over six months, it blends in-person and online workshops, hands-on activities, and practical assessments. Participants complete modules on:

  • Effective Communication in the Workplace

  • Influencing Without Authority & Project Management

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Building a Professional Brand

  • Goal Setting & Accountability

In addition to skill-building, the programme encourages networking across industries, peer learning, and reflective journaling.
