PREM Group Continues To Expand Hotel Portfolio

2017 was an excellent year for PREM Group, there were so many highlights it is hard to pin point any one. However, we could not start the new year without mentioning the renovations for Cahernane House Hotel, Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort and the continuation of renovations at Osprey Hotel.

We were delighted to finish off 2017 on a great note with the confirmation of 3 new additions to our hotel portfolio.

Queen A Hotel Rebrands to Indigo Hotel Antwerp - City Centre

We opened the Queen A Antwerp in 2016, a beautiful boutique and quirky hotel located in the heart of Antwerp city. From the time it opened it proved to be very successful and in 2017 we approached the IHG Group about bringing the Queen A under their Indigo Hotel franchise and they felt it would be the perfect addition to the Indigo hotel brand.

In December 2017 the hotel rebranded and we’re proud to introduce the Hotel Indigo Antwerp – City Centre, Belgium’s first Indigo Hotel.

Green Park Hotel Management Contract

In late 2017 the former Leonardo Hotel in Brugge was sold to a private investor and we were delighted to be appointed the management contact for this hotel. We rebranded the property to the Green Park Hotel Brugge and launched a new website.

New PREMIER SUITES property in Glasgow

We are very excited for the newest addition to our PREMIER SUITES collection of serviced apartments, introducing PREMIER SUITES PLUS Glasgow Bath Street. Opening in Spring 2018, Bath Street will be our second PLUS location in Glasgow, Scotland.
