Celebrating Excellence at the 2025 PREM Ovation Awards
On May 22nd, the Osprey Hotel played host to the annual PREM Ovation Awards, bringing together 120 colleagues from our Central Office and properties across Ireland and the UK. It was a day dedicated to recognising the commitment, achievements, and exceptional spirit of our teams - with a lively celebration and a delicious lunch to mark the occasion.
This year’s Ovation Awards held special significance, as it marked the first time both the UK and Ireland team celebrated the event together since 2020. The atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement as teams reconnected and met new colleagues from across the group.
Opening the ceremony our CEO, Jim Murphy, reflected on the incredible milestones reached across our businesses in the last 12 months.
