PREM Ovation Awards 2024

We recently held our PREM Ovation Awards on May 8th in the Osprey Hotel, with teams from across our Irish properties and central office celebrating over a lunchtime gathering,

This annual event highlights and celebrates the many successes of the last 12 months and recognises the great contribution of teams and individuals across PREM Group businesses in Ireland.

Team Player of the Year Award

Along with our existing awards of Property Special Recognition Award, Leader of the Year Award, PREM Ethos Award, Team of the Year Award, Central Office Support Champion, General Manager of the Year, and Property of the Year, This year we introduced the new ‘Team Player of the Year’ award, to acknowledge colleagues who strongly exhibit our company traits and values in their roles.

In 2018, we conducted a company-wide exercise to define our company values, traits, and ethos, by seeking examples of words and phrases that best describe our company culture.

After some debate the following traits were defined as those that best describe PREM culture: Entrepreneurial, Down to Earth, Switched On, and Hardworking.

While our values, the things that are most important to us, were defined as being mindful, passionate, flexible and performance driven.

These traits and values are the qualities we are seeking to highlight in this new ‘Team Player of the Year’ award.
