PREM Group Secures 7th place in Ireland’s Best Large Workplaces 2025

To the utter delight of the team attending the Best Workplaces™ in Ireland 2025 Awards on 26th February in the Clayton Hotel, PREM Group was once again announced as one of Ireland’s best large workplaces, securing 7th place amongst many other renowned national and international brands.

Representatives from the HR team, including Colleen O’Brien Moroney, Linda O’Brien, Valerie Sheehy, Louise Barry, Sarah Marr, and PREM Group’s CEO, Jim Murphy, were present at the event. Speaking after the event Jim remarked that ‘There were nearly one thousand people attending the awards. Looking around the room at all the well-known companies and brands it is great to know that PREM Group, as a workplace is up there with the best – this is down to the commitment of each team member to look after each other and maintain the type of high trust environment where people feel valued and inspired to give of their best. I’m really proud of the entire PREM team and hope that everyone recognises the important part they have played in achieving this superb result.’

PREM Group’s position on the list is decided using the global standard Best Workplaces™ methodology as its basis. The selection process combines results from the Great Places to Work Trust Index © Survey with an evaluation of company culture as captured in a Culture Brief © submitted by participating organisations.

This is the second consecutive year that PREM Group has been recognized on Ireland’s Best Large Workplaces list, achieving 17th place in the same category in 2024.
