PREM Group Receive Diversity & Inclusion Accreditation

We are thrilled to successfully achieve ‘Investors in Diversity - Bronze’ Award from the Irish Centre for Diversity, in conjunction with Waterford Skillnet.

This Award recognises our efforts to foster equality, diversity and inclusion in our organisation.

Additionally, it provides us with a framework to put in place a strong foundation to embed employment diversity into our wider organisational systems.

Louise Barry, HR Manager who headed the accreditation project at PREM commented that ‘Investors in Diversity is a well-recognised D&I accreditation mark in Ireland. The programme recognises existing efforts and supports the journey of continuous improvement by providing a structured framework to transform practices and culture. The process for accreditation involved a training programme for a number of our senior leaders as well as a review of our existing policies and procedures. Through this accreditation process we have been able to view our current practices through a more D&I focused lens and make improvements accordingly. It has been an enlightening process and we are most grateful to both Investors in Diversity and Waterford Skillnet for their support’
