PREM Group Expands at the Belgian Coast

We are delighted to announce that PREM Group is expanding at the Belgian Coast, more specifically in Nieuwpoort & Ostend. Since May 2018 the newly built ibis Budget Ostend was added to our portfolio. Ibis Budget Oostende Airport is only 5 minutes away from the Airport Ostend Brugge and within walking distance of the beach. This hotel is perfect for people who want to start their vacation by staying the night to catch an early flight. It is also the ideal base for guests who want to spend their days on the beach and enjoy basic, comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is easily accessible by car and the coastal tram.

In June PREM Group signed another management service agreement: ibis Styles Nieuwpoort Hotel. Again, a brand new hotel that has been up and running for 1 year and offers 97 rooms with free access to the wonderful wellness facilities. Guests can relax at the indoor swimming pool, in the infrared sauna or enjoy a Turkish bath treatment. Ibis Styles Nieuwpoort is a great place to unwind and enjoy your city trip. Guests can also avail of a paying Shuttle Bus Service running through July and August towards the beach of Nieuwpoort.

These two new hotels are the perfect addition to the PREM Group’s existing portfolio at the Belgian coast including Hotel Mercure Oostende and Leopold Hotel Ostend.
