Best Hotel Group at Failte Irelands Employer Excellence Awards

In the third year of Fáilte Ireland’s Employer Excellence Awards, PREM Group has once again secured the top position in the ‘Best Hotel Group Employer’ category.

During the awards ceremony at Fitzgerald Woodlands House Hotel in Limerick, our COO, Paul Dempsey, shared his thoughts: “It’s a real honour to accept this award on behalf of the entire PREM Ireland team. Our success is built on a workplace culture where people value and respect each other. We know that the stability of this work culture is down to the actions of every team member, every day. We’re all human so we’re not perfect – but we do our best and this award is the result of these efforts. Thank you to all PREM colleagues who do their best, every working day, to look after our guests, clients, each other, the communities in which we operate and our business.

This annual awards ceremony celebrates businesses who have demonstrated their commitment to making the tourism industry an appealing and rewarding place to work through their participation in Fáilte Ireland’s Employer Excellence programme.
