Double Win for PREM Group at Fáilte Ireland’s Employer Excellence Awards
In the second year of Fáilte Ireland’s Employer Excellence Awards, both PREM Group and Aspect Hotel Park West have retained the leading spot in the ‘Best Hotel Group Employer’ and ‘Best Medium Sized Employer’ categories.
Speaking at the Awards in Lyrath Estate Kilkenny our CEO, Jim Murphy, said ‘Tonight I’m representing 475 colleagues who make up the PREM Ireland team and are responsible for creating the culture in our business which has led to this recognition. I’m proud of every single one of the team. This is an achievement of a whole collection of people who want to do right by each other while working towards the company goals.
Fáilte Ireland are doing a super job for our industry with the Employer Excellence initiative, which captures the views of thousands of people, country-wide, who are currently working in tourism and hospitality roles. Like every industry, there will always be room for improvement but the high number of companies who are embracing the Employer Excellence Programme and performing well in the independent benchmarking processes would indicate that there is, rightly, a great drive to nurture people-focused cultures across tourism and hospitality businesses in Ireland.
