PREM Group Listed Among the 30 Best Workplaces in Ireland
PREM Group recognised, on the double, featuring in both Ireland's Best Workplaces™ 2024 and Best Workplaces™ for Women 2024 listings.
Another great moment for the PREM team as the company is recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women. As described by Great Place to Work Ireland ‘The Best Workplaces for Women recognises those top organisations which, while providing a great work environment for all employees, are creating positive and supportive workplaces for women in particular’.
This announcement follows hot on the heels of PREM Group’s inclusion on the heavily contested annual Best Place to Work Listing, achieving 17th place in ‘Ireland’s Best Large Workplaces 2024 (301+ Employees)’.
Ireland's Best Workplaces™ 2024 is the list recognising the top Great Places to Work Certified™ organisations this year in Ireland, of all sizes and industry sectors.
PREM Group has been recognized within the top 30 organisations categorized as large businesses. Using the global standard Best Workplaces™ methodology as its basis the selection process for the listing considers results from the Great Places to Work Trust Index © Survey combined with an assessment of company culture as captured in a Culture Brief © submitted by participating organisations.
