Roganstown Hotel & Country Club are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the team
Roganstown Hotel is a beautifully restored country house nestled in the Dublin countryside. The manicured lawns & Japanese gardens are surrounded by an 18 hole golf course that sprawls over 300 acres of grounds. This ensures endless photo opportunities. A highlight of the day is often a romantic escape to the lake for a glass of bubbly before your reception begins.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in preparing, producing and serving food that will surpass customer expectations. The Ideal candidate will be an all-rounder, able to work Restaurant Main Course, Starter and Dessert Sections also covering shift in the Bar Section and Breakfast in very busy Kitchen environment.
The role will involve shift work, weekend work also will be involved (no split shifts).
You will be professional, enthusiastic, will display a positive attitude and have the ability to work in a team environment. Experience essential. Good Knowledge of English is required for this role.
