We are looking for a passionate Operations Executive who is customer orientated and focused on going that extra mile in order to create an unforgettable guest experience at PREMIER SUITES Nottingham
As Operations Executive you must have experience in a similar role with experience at supervisory or managerial level. You must be self-motivated and be an inspirational leader, who believes in delivering the best possible standards in guest service, continually leading your team of by example.
The position will involve managing reception, reservations, debtors, guest ledger and assisting the management team to run a profitable operation. You will take responsibility for implementing and maintaining standards throughout the Nottingham property.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Salary between £19,000 and £20,000 dependent on experience + bonus + benefits
