Groups & Tours Administrator - This Role Has Been Filled
WPREM Group, one of Europe's most successful hotel management companies, has a superb opportunity, based in Dublin City Centre, for an Administrator within the Group & Tours department to join the head office team.
Reporting to the Trinity Hotel Groups Business Manager, the successful candidate will assist in all aspects of department to ensure the smooth day to day running of the department. While it is not essential for the successful candidate to have previous experience in a groups and tours role, previous experience within the hotel sector is essential.
Duties for this role will include:
To assist with groups and tours enquiries, bookings and confirmations.
To liaise with and provide support to tour operators and hotels with regards to requests, confirmations and queries.
To communicate efficiently with both hotels and clients.
To continually update the CRM system
To assist with contracts if required.
To assist at trade shows & workshop if required
To regularly send promotions & specials out to clients & in particular when hotels need assistance and requires new business
To insure all potential hotel locations are checked for business received from clients so that it is placed & secured for all parties.
To insure when potential business received that a cross selling approach is adapted and other locations proposed & offered.
Maintaining day to day relationships with bookers & reservations persons in hotels.
Maintain relationships with existing clients & to continue to grow and develop further the relationship
Organize site visits and familiarization trips for clients to hotels
To be totally familiar with all hotels and the facilities & services they provide
To regularly send out to key clients hotel availability for potential new groups
This is a Part Time role working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, we offer flexibility to suit a positive work-life balance.
This role is ideal for a person who is already working in hotel reservations but wants to grow and develop their skills within the hospitality industry.
