As Office Management trainee you will get the opportunity to work together with the management committee of PREM Group Continental Europe. You will deal with the daily tasks within the office management such as the organization of management meetings, creating management PowerPoints, translating various policy documents and contracts, providing IT support to colleagues at headquarters, ordering office supplies and you will offer support in administrative tasks. We offer you a good mix of tasks which will help you to develop yourself optimally in all possible ways. Every day is different, it is important that you adopt a flexible attitude as a trainee.

Tasks

  • Assist with administrative duties at headquarters (insurance, management presentations, etc.);
  • Take care of correspondence and communication (both office staff and external parties);
  • Planning, organizing and preparing (management) meetings;
  • IT support to colleagues at headquarters;
  • Attending meetings and writing minutes during meetings;
  • Office supplies tracking (determine what is needed, order and receive);
  • Organize business travel for members of management;
  • Organization of events (celebrations week, quarterly lunch, etc.);
  • Statutory Affairs (Official Gazette update for Board of Directors, etc);
  • Take care of daily business at the office.

Knowdledge and skills

  • Knowledge of Dutch and English is a must, French is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, social media and Outlook is a must;
  • Knowledge of the organization PREM Group and its hotels;
  • Typing skills

Conditions

Specific education required - Office Management, Hotel Management or Secretariat Languages.
