As a HR trainee you will get the opportunity to work together with the Human Resources team of PREM Group Continental Europe. You will deal with the daily tasks such as HR payroll, time and attendance, preparing contracts for new associates, managing personal files of our staff. You will offer your support in administrative tasks, and you will help with the formulation of new policies. We offer you a good mix of tasks which will help you to develop yourself optimally in all possible ways.

Tasks

  • Answering incoming emails and phone calls;
  • Elaboration of HR related projects;;
  • Organization of staff events (staff activity, Passionate Professional Celebration Week, etc.);;
  • Checking the staff rooms;;
  • Administrative tasks (Dimona's jobs, responding to applications, etc.);;
  • Payroll and timekeeping;;
  • Drawing up contracts for new employees, externals and students;;
  • Answering questions, comments and complaints from associates;;
  • New ideas and initiatives to improve staff motivation;;
  • Creating and distributing internal memos;;
  • Managing the personal files of employees, externals and students;;
  • Assist in administrative tasks at Headquarters;;
  • Assist in HR activities at Headquarters;;
  • Get a complete view of the daily HR activities.;

Knowdledge and skills

  • Knowledge of Dutch and English is a must, French is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, social media and Outlook is a must;
  • Knowledge of social legislation
  • Knowledge of the organization PREM Group and its hotels;

Conditions

Specific education required - Studying a bachelor in Human Resource Management or Hotel Management.
