With the continued expansion of the company of over the last number of years, we now have dedicated Group Purchasing managers for Ireland, UK and Europe. 

In Ireland and the UK, this role is being headed up by Peter Flood who has worked with the company since February 2003. In Europe, Bouke Koppert is responsible for group purchasing. He has also worked with the company since 2003.

Working closely together, Peter and Bouke’s objective is to generate considerable cost saving across all areas of expenditure and to achieve the widest possible synergies on purchasing, working closely with our nominated suppliers. 

PREM Group purchasing brings many benefits to our hotel and apartment portfolio and will include the keenest pricing from our nominated suppliers accross all areas of expenditure.
