Founded in Dublin in August 1996, PREM Group is Ireland’s leading hospitality management providing leisure and business accommodation in over 40 hotels and serviced apartments across Ireland, England, Belgium and France. PREM Group are primarily hotel operators who manage hotels on behalf of owners. However we also lease hotels and offer franchise services to our clients. As a result we have the unique ability to look at all aspects of the business, not only from an operators point of view but also of a business owner. 

Concentrating on medium to long term contracts, we offer our clients support services such as business analysis of key performance indicators,  Hotel operational support and best industry practice, Sales and Marketing expertise coupled with E-commerce, IT & Communications. We also have a dedicated Tours and Groups department with extensive relationships with Key Tour operators. Along with a dedicated Group Purchasing department that ensures the best purchasing pricing available we also have a Human Resources department that not only recruits but offers training, opportunity and development within our company.
