PREM Group's investment proposition is unique. We co-develop and fit out each apartment to a four star standard in first class city centre locations throughout the UK and Ireland. 

We then sell the apartments to our investors, lease them back and operate them as serviced apartments under our own Premier Apartments brand for 10 years.

The rental income, equivalent to an initial yield of 5.5% is guaranteed with rent increases built in over a 10 year period. There are no agent’s fees or rental voids as in other residential investments and we pay all property and operating costs, except for the normal management charges payable to the management company.
