With the continued expansion of the company of over the last number of years, we now have dedicated Group Purchasing managers for Ireland, UK and mainline Europe. In Ireland and the UK, this role is being headed up by Peter Flood whom has worked with the company since February 2003 and in Europe the role is being headed up by Bouke Koppert who has also worked with the company since 2003. Working closely together Peter and Bouke’s objective is to generate considerable cost saving across all areas of expenditure and to achieve the widest possible synergies on purchasing, working closely with our nominated suppliers.  

It is envisaged that our PREM Group purchasing will bring many benefits to the hotels & apartments portfolio. These benefits will include availing of the keenest pricing from our nominated suppliers across all areas of expenditure. These benefits would not normally be accessed by stand alone properties that are not members of a Group Purchasing platform.
