Group Reservation Administrator

PREM Group are currently recruiting for a Groups & Tours Reservations Administrator to join the team!

The Company 

With over 40 properties on it's portfolio, PREM Group is one of Ireland's largest hotel management companies, operating in Ireland, UK, Belgium, France and Poland.

We are currently recruiting for the poisition of Group Reservations Administrator to join the fast paced team in PREM Group's Irish head office, manging groups and tours within Ireland. This is a new role, and has been created as a result of business growth with the groups & tours department of the company.

The Role
While it is not essential for the successful candidate to have previous experience in a groups and tours reservations role, previous experience with or within the hotel sector is essential.

Responsibilities included in this busy role are:

  • Handling of groups and tours enquiries, bookings and confirmations
  • Liaising with and providing support to tour operators and hotels with regards to requests, confirmations and queries
  • Communicating of confirmations and options to both hotels and clients
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Assisting the Groups and Tours Business Development Manager with contracts
  • Scheduling of fam and site visits to hotels for clients
  • Liasing with relevant hotels with regards to commissions and ensuring follow up with the accounts department
  • Maintaining day to day relationships with bookers & reservations persons in hotels

The hours of work for this role are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with the provision of a 30 minute lunch break. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Development Manager for PREM Group's Groups & Tours department.
