Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort Co. Wicklow are currently recruiting for the role of Kitchen Porter to join the team.

The Hotel

Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow, the epitome of delicious food, relaxed bars and deluxe guest bedrooms with spectacular views across Blessington Lakes and the Wicklow Mountains. This historic Wicklow hotel consists of 60 sumptuous deluxe guest rooms, The Elk Bar and The Lime Tree Restaurant, all of which boast panoramic views across the golf course and Blessington Lakes.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience in the same role. They will have the ability to communicate fluently in English and be familiar with HACCP processes & procedures. The highest standards of hygiene and customer care are crucial to this role.

Duties included in the role are

• Maintaining the highest level of hygiene within the kitchen areas
• Ensuring all crockery, cutlery and utensils are thoroughly washed in the machines provided.
• Checking all items to ensure they are clean before being issued for use.
• Returning clean items to their appropriate station.
• Stocking of deliveries.
• Clean kitchen equipment, surfaces, floor's and fridge.

This role involves shifts & weekend work and considering the property’s location, applicants must have their own transport.
