PREM Group runs an established trainee management development programme which combines on the job training with formal third level education. Throughout the three year programme trainees will gain experience in all areas of hotel operations while attending college. There are a number of third level institutions in Ireland offering programmes aimed towards students who wish to gain practical experience, through our structured programme, while studying for their qualification. Our human resource team work with our trainees to ensure they choos a course and college that is most suitable to their needs. Why should you train with us? PREM Group operates an extensive portfolio of hotels providing students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in many areas including restaurant, kitchen, bar, reception, reservations, housekeeping, golf, leisure facilities, accounts, human resource management, sales and marketing. During your training you may also have the opportunity to work at many different locations, including properties in Ireland, the UK, Belgium and France in many different types of properties from thriving city-centre budget accommodation to luxury resort operations.
