Front Office Manager - Ramada Plaza Hotel Liege

Ramada Plaza Hotel Liege are currently recruiting a Front- Office Manager to join the team!

The Hotel

The hotel is a beautifully converted 17th Century convent located in the historic city centre on the banks of the river La Meuse. Our centrally located, 4-star hotel is less than 15 minutes walk from the central station and shopping area.

Only a few minutes by car from the Liège airport, the industrial parks of Herstal, Visé, Angleur and Sart Tilman are within easy reach. The University of Liege is also close by. Motorways to Germany, Holland, France, Luxembourg, Brussels and Liege are accessible within a short space of time.

Liege offers a wealth of tourist, cultural and commercial attractions all year round. With a great selection of museums, shows, exhibitions, concerts and gastronomic delights!

The Role

The successful candidate will have held a similar role in a hotel and will be a well presented, customer service oriented individual. He or she will be a good team leader and will have a good understanding, and practical experience, of yielding room rates and managing third party websites.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the front office team & taking reservations
  • Yield and overseeing of website management
  • Maintaining procedures and implementing new procedures if / when necessary
  • Setting and achievement of budgets
  • Purchasing & stock control
  • Dealing with guests and fellow colleagues on a constant daily basis
  • Other duties as required
