What area of PREM Group do you work in?

Digital Marketing – Head Office, Dublin

Describe your role in one word

Dynamic

How did you get to where you are now?

After completing a Diploma in Digital Marketing in 2014, I began a part-time internship for a Health and Wellness company which gave me the opportunity to put my knowledge to work. After 4 months, I found a full-time role as a Digital Marketing Executive in a company within the financial services industry. I worked with them for two years before making the move to PREM Group.

What do you like most about the Digital Marketing Industry?

The Digital Marketing Industry is one that keeps you on your toes as it is constantly changing. This means I am always learning new things and trying new techniques. I also love how accurately marketing campaigns can be measured. There are so many analytical tools available that can give you detailed insights into how your campaigns are performing.

What do you work on, on a daily basis?

I assist with the development of digital communication for PREM Group’s three freehold hotels in Ireland. This includes The Osprey Hotel Naas, Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort in Wicklow and Cahernane House Hotel in Killarney.

What’s the most enjoyable thing about your job?

I find my job very enjoyable for many reasons but if I had to choose just one reason, it would definitely be how very varied it is. Not one day is ever the same.

Describe your work/life balance at PREM Group.

I have always enjoyed travelling and I try to get away as much as possible. One of the many benefits of working in PREM Group is the fantastic employee rates which we can avail of in many hotels around the world that PREM manage.
