PREM UK Ovation Awards 2023

On Tuesday, July 18th, our PREM Group UK colleagues gathered for our annual PREM UK Ovation Awards.

These awards recognize and celebrate excellence across our talented and committed teams that make up our UK division.

Leopold Hotel Sheffield was the venue for a delicious three course lunch followed by our Awards ceremony hosted by Evelyn Haran, PREM Group UK COO, with our CEO, Jim Murphy, making the presentations.

The PREM Ovation Awards are an annual celebration of individuals and teams in the group who have gone above and beyond in their roles to ensure that our company performs at it’s best on all levels – as an employer, a hospitality service provider and a commercial enterprise.

Evelyn opened the event by thanking all the team for their continued hard work and dedication. She also commended the General Managers for the effort they put into the formal submission documents which is the information used by the judging panel to determine the winners of the various awards.

Speaking at the awards, CEO, Jim Murphy said that ‘it’s always a pleasure to spend time with colleagues in PREM Group UK. Today we have team members joining us from all over the region and it’s a time for celebration. I’m really pleased for all the winners, and I’m also really proud of the entire UK team – it’s easy to see how well everyone pulls together to look after each other, our guests and the business. It’s a great day!’

With so many examples of wonderful people who go above and beyond on a regular basis to look after colleagues and guests alike, tough decisions had to be made.
